What's a Moon Monster?

At last, it's fantasy football time again. And even better, the Cubs aren't mathematically eliminated like they usually are by this time of year. But I digress...

We held the 6th annual Westbury Fantasy Football League this Saturday, and it was roaring success. We beheld some of the most amazing spectacles:

• John Gandor was ON TIME (we have witnesses)
• Mike Riddle, leader of The Mustache Resistance, was clean-shaven
• KC drafted two kickers in the middle rounds
  
• Jeff is the not-so-proud owner of a (len) whale
• Brandon was dedicated enough to venture away from his vacation in an isolated region of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to a McDonalds with free Wi-Fi and track the draft online while downing McMuffins

Somehow the beer didn't see the light of day this year. Odd.

Springers Invade the States

Despite the inferiority of our beer and currency, Craig, Sarah, and Isaiah Springer ventured westward from their home in Prague to visit the motherland for a few weeks. We had a little shindig with the three of them and a bunch of friends this past Thursday night. Dinner, drinks, and cakepops, all the necessary ingredients for a great dinner party.

Yes, that's right, cakepops.

Great to see you Springers, enjoy your time state-side!

4am!!

I stayed up 'till 4 am last night!  I am having a blast up here in Door County with Kathy (my mother-in-law), Kelly (my sister-in-law) and Laura (my someday sister-in-law).  It is nice to be outside of my box, and just enjoy Gods great creation...
