Another era has come and gone. The sweet taste of illegally procured alchohol shall touch the lips of Blake no longer. After months of conspiring with Laura, we agreed to conduct a surprise visit to Purdue to celebrate Blake's 21st year on earth. After ambushing Blake in the middle of doing dishes, we had a small gift-opening ceremony, and then met up later with him and Laura for dinner and drinks.
Enter, Chumleys Bar, a quaint little establishment in the heart of Lafayette open until the wee hours of the morn'. There we enjoyed malted beverages, sang with the juke box, and had a grand ol' time as we watched the clock stroke midnight and Texas-Blake faded into history along with his electric lemonade.
