I promise there's more to be shared about Buenos Aires, but yes, the pigeons look the same here too. Although, they are quite aggressive in this town, and have no problem trying to join you at your table for lunch on the waterfront.
These pigeons may not speak English, but they do understand the universal language of Backofthehandese, spoken with a North American accent.
